Building My Clients Needs
As a Product Designer, my process is built on transparency, collaboration, and a user-first approach. Every great design begins with understanding the problem. That’s why I prioritize asking the right questions upfront—because the better the questions, the better the solutions. Using tools like Slack, I maintain open communication with clients and teams to ensure every step is aligned with their needs. The process is structured around these key phases: Discovery & Research I dive deep into understanding the client’s goals, users’ needs, and the market landscape. This includes stakeholder interviews, user research, and competitive analysis. Ideation & Framework I generate ideas and build a strong framework by creating user flows, information architecture, and wireframes to map out the solution. Collaboration with clients is key here—I involve them in brainstorming sessions to refine ideas. Prototyping I bring concepts to life using tools like Figma and Framer. High-fidelity prototypes allow me to test and validate ideas quickly, iterating based on user feedback. Testing & Refinement Every design gets tested, whether through user testing or client reviews. I focus on gathering actionable feedback and refining the design until it meets both client and user needs. Handoff & Implementation I work closely with developers, providing detailed documentation and ongoing support to ensure the design is implemented seamlessly. I’m familiar with front-end development, so I can help bridge the gap between design and development effectively. Throughout the process, I balance creativity with strategy, using tools like Slack to maintain constant communication, Figma for design, and Framer for advanced prototyping. My process isn’t just about delivering beautiful designs; it’s about solving problems and creating meaningful experiences.

I contributed to Saham Rakyat by designing features that led to 100k downloads, helped Anak Cucu achieve 1,000 followers within a month and a half through their branding campaign, and supported Zendit in creating a consistent design across both web and mobile platforms. At Halosis, I boosted conversations by 300% per month and integrated multiple third-party APIs, while also helping Halosis partner with Meta to achieve their 2023-2024 milestones. The core of my work is grounded in the belief that design isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about identifying and solving real problems based on what clients need, not just what they want.
