As Associate Product Manager, I implemented a structured yet agile product development process. Requirements were gathered from stakeholders and product owners to create comprehensive PRDs and wireframes. These assets guided UI/UX designers and developers throughout implementation. Our weekly rhythm ensured constant alignment: requirements finalized by Friday, stakeholder approval on Monday, tech planning on Tuesday, sprint planning on Wednesday, and product demos on Thursday.
The development process began with thorough requirement scoping in Notion, creating a single source of truth for all product specifications. I then developed wireframes and worked closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Throughout development, I maintained tight coordination between design and technical teams, managed development tickets, and ensured adherence to our committed milestones. This methodical approach enabled us to deliver 100% of project features within our three-month timeline.
